Our dogs
Here at N E K9, we breed performance bred American Bulldogs and German Shepherds, under Shadow warrior kennels.
Our breeding program is a life long dedication to producing & testing, (through appropriate training). Mentally, genetically, sound and stable dogs.
We only breed for reproducing the most stable specimens, to keep a blood line going, and mostly for ourselves with a handful of people.
All though we only breed for ourselves, occasionally from time to time we have dogs that we will be looking for homes. These dogs will be quality dogs, with a clean bill of health, and specified on their attributes, suitabilities and training. There are also dogs that just didn’t make our breeding credentials or we have just adopted them and we are trying to find homes for.
American Bulldogs
Our American Bulldogs are pure standard performance type, with a high stable training ability, outgoing, and a confident working temperament. We have the longest hands on experience with the breed, training and the types and blood lines in New Zealand. We have been around the breed since 1996, and have traveled to the USA on numerous occasions and have worked with the breed ever since, and continue to do so!!
German shepherds
Our German shepherd lines are a combination of Czech border patrol and Belgium police blood lines. They have strong instincts, very stable and responsive training ability and strong dark pigment with heavy structure. They are also very agile and light on their feet…Quick movers!
